Next Generation Committee
The Next Generation Committee of the Greater Kansas City Chapter of the NTMA is a group of younger owners and employees whose purpose is to promote the manufacuturing industry among the "next generation."
Our Vision
- To promote the importance and value of our industry to the community, and encourage interest in careers in Manufacturing.
Our Mission and Goals
- Promote our industry and riase awareness in our community.
- Encourage opportunities for workforce development.
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions.
- Provide support for business succession to the next generation.
- Attract and retain membership in the NTMA.
